“Our growing family needed to add to our Saint Augustine Beach home. I contacted Chris Johnson with Envision Custom Homes to make it happen. I was utterly clueless about how to begin such a project, and their team was beyond patient, holding my hand every step of the way. Due to some unfortunate timing, we couldn’t break ground until after Hurricane Matthew, yet even with the whole county seemingly under various states of construction, they were able to put together the right team to keep the ball moving. They were able to creatively rework the existing space to really customize the home to our needs. Additionally, my wife and I threw a variety of curve balls their way (like a surprise mid-project baby), and they were able to pivot quickly and without protest to make the home exactly what we wanted. When we encountered water damage to the existing structure, they went above and beyond to make sure the finished product would stand the test of time. They take great pride in their work.
